Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana cut in half (I recommend cutting the banana(s) in half before you freeze them)
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- dash sea salt
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1 drop food-grade peppermint essential oil optional, but yummy! (order here: https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/peppermint-oil)
- 1/2 avocado optional for added good fat
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil optional for added good fat
