YOGA:

Classes are for all levels, and especially beginners. The style is Hatha Vinyasa.

*The fee for each class is $22*

  • March 25th, 9am
  • April 22nd, 9am
  • May 13th

Classes are on the back deck. Please bring a mat and water bottle. 

BOOTCAMP:

Orientation is Feb 23rd at 5:30pm. We will go over how the camp will work, and do initial assessments which include some basic exercises. Body Composition analysis is available for an extra fee.

All other classes will be on Tue and Thu 5:45-6:30pm for the next 8 weeks.
