Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
  2. 2. Place olive oil, basil, sea salt & pepper in a one-gallon ziplock bag; shake to combine.
  3. 3. Place all veggies in the bag and shake to combine.
  4. 4. Pour all ingredients from the bag into a glass casserole dish.
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. 6. When veggies are done in the oven, take out and sprinkle bacon on top; stir to combine.
Recipe Notes

Optional:  add scrambled eggs and/or avocado! YUM! 🙂
